Get ready for a fresh new look. We've made some delightful changes to the Client area to upgrade your experience. While all the tabs you're familiar with are still there, we've given the design a stylish and pleasant refresh. The new, more intuitive layout makes navigating a breeze. 

So, let’s check what you should expect when you log in.

Upon logging in, you'll be taken to the Support Tickets section of your client area. And there you will see some updates. Our goal is to make it easier than ever to get the help you need, whether working solo or with a team. All your questions submitted through our Help center are conveniently gathered in one place. This section allows you to effortlessly track the status of your tickets, review past answers, and follow any threads you're interested in — all from one view.

We're adding a highly requested feature that's perfect for your company teams. Soon, you'll be able to see support tickets submitted by any company member registered in the client area. This new feature will simplify collaboration and ensure your team stays on the same page.

We've kept the Downloads section the same, so you can still quickly find the latest component versions in convenient zip packages.

A Better Way to Manage Your Keys

Soon, we will enable a new License Keys section, where you can keep track of all the keys your company owns. Here, you'll have 24/7 access to a complete list of active and expired keys. You can also easily see the domain a key is bound to, ensuring you always have the right key for the right environment. Need a new key? You can request one directly from this section, streamlining the process and saving you valuable time.

Manage Your Team with Ease

We understand that you don't always work alone, and project collaboration is essential. That’s why we’ve created a new Team Management section in your client area. This dedicated space allows you to add or remove team members from your company and assign them different roles. With this feature, your entire team will have shared access to company support tickets, their responses, and license keys, ensuring that your team's workflow is more efficient and seamless, helping you collaborate better and get more done.

For now, the client area has all of its previous functionality, but with a new look we hope you'll enjoy. We'll notify you once the new features mentioned earlier in this article are enabled.
