Hi Team,
Export data view only working when application in the foreground. We have performed the data view export for flat grid and kept the application in background/minimize/access other tabs; it's not working.
Is not working in background ,when tab is minimized ?
Please check and suggest we want export run even if bowser tab is minimize or access other tabs.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please note that it is required for the Flexmonster component to be fully loaded for exporting the data from the grid. After initializing the export from the loaded component, the browser's tab with Flexmonster can be minimized, and the export will continue.

Hi Maksym,
The Flexmonster component has fully loaded, and I tried to export to Excel. While the export was in progress, I minimized my tab or moved to another tab. Let's say after 5 minutes, when I reopened the Flexmonster tab, the export was still in progress, and the export completion percentage was the same as before I minimized it. Once I am active on the same page, the export will proceed faster.
For our users, we enable the export of 200K records. It takes approximately 5 minutes+ to export this amount of data. Therefore, our customers would like the export process to run in the background even when the tab is minimized.

Kindly note that the browser's optimization causes the slowness of the export from the collapsed tab. Browser allocates less RAM to collapsed tabs since they aren't actively used, reducing export speed. We recommend disabling all settings that limit memory usage for inactive tabs and enabling settings that could improve performance. These settings vary for different browsers but can affect export speed.
