When we set up a report with no fields set as "Rows". Then try to drag a field to be a row, there will be an error triggered
There is no visible impact, however, the error will be triggered for as long as the field is held on top of the "Rows" area
So this can spam a lot, especially if we want to try logging javascript errors.
