encrypting data to protect calculation

We have a report that shows percentage increase comparing two periods by region.
This specific report can only show the percentage but not the two values that determine the percentage delta.
We already hide the value columns and protect the cvs file used by the front end so that it cannot be accessed from the browser.
Being a front end calculation we cannot totally hide the values, with a web tool it is possible via network XHR to capture the data stream.
Is there an encryption solution or other solution to protect the calculated values ?
At the moment the poor solution is to do backend calculation but data would be flat without aggregation of subtotal being percentage.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We suggest transferring already aggregated data from a server to Flexmonster Pivot to protect your raw data.
In this case, we recommend using Flexmonster Data Server - a special server-side tool implementing the custom data source API. It is responsible for fetching data from a data source, processing, and aggregating it. Then the data is passed to Flexmonster Pivot in a ready-to-show format. The detailed guide you can find in our documentation: https://www.flexmonster.com/doc/getting-started-with-data-server/
Alternatively, you can implement the Flexmonster custom data source API – our custom communication protocol. Like Flexmonster Data Server, data is passed to Pivot in an already aggregated format.

Please let us know if such an approach would work for your case. Looking forward to your response.

Kind regards,
Nadia
