I am using flexmonster 2.9.16 still I am facing same issue please help

We have checked the logs you provided, and it looks like something is wrong with adding a new tab to Flexmonster Toolbar. Check our Angular sample project on GitHub with implemented toolbar customization.
There is an option to download and run the sample project with the following command:
flexmonster create angular -r
We suggest using a code similar to one from the sample.
Please let us know if everything works fine. Also, could you please specify which company you represent? We need this information for our records.
