I only exoprt the excel,but it can't open in wps.I use flexmonster.exportTo('excel').
I can open the file when it export 'html'、'pdf','image' without 'excel'

The demo you give : https://www.flexmonster.com/demos/js/pivot-table/ ,It's can work.
When i update to the latest version of Flexmonster, It's error with message 'Your license key does not support the Flexmonster version you are using.'

That's ok when i find the license key in you demo. It's working that export excel,when i update the latest version of Flexmonster.But it show another error message 'Integration with third-party charting libraries is not available in the trial version.' Our hightchart don't work.

You are welcome to test the latest version of Flexmonster using the trial key we provided to you via email yesterday. The key is valid through January 5, 2024, and supports the integration with Highcharts.
Regarding your OEM license, the latest version you can update to is 2.9.47. The newest updates are available with the maintenance renewal. You can always check your current license by clicking on the grid and pressing Ctrl + Alt + i (Option + Control + i on macOS).

I want'to know which version of flexmonster that the exoprt the excel can always open.Because we use flexmonster to exoprt the excel all is ok last years.
Or the excel that flexmonster export can'open because of our data.

Kindly note that we haven't made any breaking changes in the exporting algorithm in the 2.9 major version of Flexmonster.
Our team recommends checking your data for any special symbols that can cause the described exporting behavior.
