We recommend updating Flexmonster to the latest version (v. 2.9.42). To avoid problems while upgrading to the latest version, please carefully look through the following guide: Migration guide from 2.8 to 2.9.
Kindly check the following JSFiddle: https://jsfiddle.net/flexmonster/rkprvhhs/. It seems that everything works as expected in the latest version.
If you still face this problem, please edit the sample above to show us this issue.

Thanks for the follow up
As you know we may face a huge changes and bugs here and there after updating to v 2.9.42, and it seems risky for us. So, we prefer to keep v 2.8.22.
Upon that, is there any work around could be made to resolve our issue.

Thank you for your quick response.
We could not reproduce the described behavior using Flexmonster v2.8.22. Feel free to check the following JSFiddle: https://jsfiddle.net/flexmonster/nae7j3my/. It uses v2.8.22, and the filter pop-up works as expected.
Kindly check if the version of flexmonster.js and flexmonster.toolbar.js files are the same in the flexmonster package(at the very beginning, there will be a comment mentioning the version used).
Also, could you please let us know if you already have Flexmonster license? This will help us to better analyze your use case based on our internal records.

I would like to thank you so much, we took the risk as we upgrade Flexmonster.
One more thing, I am searching on the Global, if there is any International Organization using Flexmonster in presenting their data and statistics, if any, would you please send me a link!
