Removing the aggregations is possible with the aggregations property of a mapping object. This property contains the array of aggregations, that will be available for a specific field. Check out this example of aggregations usage.
Please note that this feature only allows you to specify which aggregations should be included. Therefore, you will need to define your own list of aggregations without the "count". Please find the list of available aggregations here: https://www.flexmonster.com/doc/support-more-aggregations/.
