Hi Team,

I have a column Length of Stay and I need to put condition to show only those records which have length of stay greater than 40 or anything. But when i put filter on the column its not working as supposed to. All records are showing still on filter ( greater than 40)

Thanks

Hello, Loveena!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

From what we know, we suppose you are using the Flexmonster Data Server as a data source, which supports this filter type. Kindly note that the "greater" value filter does not remove separate records with the pivot table modes (compact and classic). Instead, it is applied to the aggregated sum of a particular measure.

For better understanding, please refer to this example: https://jsfiddle.net/flexmonster/2q4k76c9/
Here, the value filter is initially set as "Greater than 10000", which could've filtered out many separate records with smaller "Price" values. However, since it filters the summed subtotals, it does not affect the data shown on the grid, which can be seen by clearing the filter. In the same JSFiddle, after pressing the "Greater than 300000" button, the "Accessories" and "Clothing" columns are removed since their total values are lower than the filter's threshold.

Please let us know if this information helped you to understand the matter better.

Best Regards,
Maksym
