Pivot Table not showing left hand side labels after 2.60.0 version

Pivot table works correctly in version 2.60.0 and below. Labels show up correctly in the left hand side for the classic view (correct screenshot attached). Labels stop appearing in newer version including latest 2.81

Only happens to classic. Compact form works as it has been.

We could not reproduce the described behavior using the latest version(2.9.81). Please check the following JSFiddle: https://jsfiddle.net/flexmonster/9cqw8t14/. It shows that all labels are displayed correctly. We recommend checking if there are any custom CSS rules that affect the labels. Also, you are welcome to edit the example above to show us the issue. It would greatly help us.

Hi Nadia. I just reproduced it in the JSFiddle. 

The specific steps I took to reproduce the issue are:

  1. Click on fields
  2. In the box Rows keep "Values"
  3. In the box Columns don't keep any field
  4. In the box Values keep some fields.
  5. Click on Apply
  6. Click on Totals
  7. In Grand Totals select "Do not show grand totals"
  8. In Subtotals select "Do not show subtotals"
  9. In Layout select "Classic form"
  10. Click on Apply

We are happy to let you know that the issue with measure row headers not being visible in the classic (tabular) form when only measures were present in rows was fixed.

This fix is included in the 2.9.84 version of Flexmonster: https://www.flexmonster.com/release-notes/version-2-9-84/
