Pivoting on float values

Answered
Nikita asked on February 3, 2025

When we provide a column that has float values for Flexmonster it is showing it as string - type with no ordering (say, there would be an order in 'Charts' as 10, 15, 5, 20, 40, 2). Is there any way to do bucketing and pivoting on the created buckets? Is there any way to show the results in an ordered by value way in charts from lowest to highest?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We recommend implementing the necessary sorting logic using the sortingMethod API call. You are welcome to check our documentation for more details: https://www.flexmonster.com/api/sortingmethod/.

Please let us know if it works for you. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
Nadia
