Prevent duplicated calculated value captions

Hello,
 
Is it possible to prevent users from creating calculated values with duplicated caption names? For example, in the existing demo, users can

1. Create a calculated value named test (the formula doesn't matter)
2. Create another calculated value named test - this is automatically given the test - 2 caption
3. Rename test - 2 to test

At this point, users have two calculated values named test, both of which may have different formulas.
