Hello, Anderson!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We recommend using Flexmonster export in PDF instead of standard printing to keep stylings in the resulting document, as printing depends on the browser settings. For example, we have noticed that the printed result is monochrome in Firefox, but with colors in Chrome.

To set the custom stylings that remain while exporting, we suggest the conditional formatting approach. Conditional formatting allows you to configure the following styles:

  • font size
  • font color
  • font family
  • background color

We have prepared a JSFiddle example for visualization: http://jsfiddle.net/flexmonster/7t6ymdzc/.

Kindly note that conditional formatting could also be applied via the UI. Here is a short guide:

  1. Click the Format button on the Toolbar
  2. On the appeared dropdown, choose Conditional formatting
  3. Click the +Add condition and apply all necessary stylings.

For more details about the conditional formatting approach, please look through our docs: https://www.flexmonster.com/doc/conditional-formatting/.

Hope you will find this answer helpful.
Feel free to ask if any further questions arise.

Regards,
Solomiia
