Hello, Artsem!

Thank you for contacting us.

Our team has made some assumptions about the described case:

  • there are two calculated measures;
  • the first measure is used in the formula of the second one;
  • the second measure has distinctcount aggregation;
  • we are trying to delete the first one while the second remains on the Field List.

We have also prepared the JSFiddle sample with the behavior described above: https://jsfiddle.net/flexmonster/urca6vxh/

Could you please check the example and tell us if we have reproduced the described case correctly?
If not, we kindly ask you to modify the example to make the case reproducible.

Looking forward to your response.

Kind regards,
Solomiia

Hello Solomiia,
I reproduced this problem
https://jsfiddle.net/k64g972e/
We used options.validateFormulas = false
But if you change the formula on "count"(or another aggregation) information is shown

Hello, Artsem!

Thank you for getting back to us and for the JSFiddle where the case is reproducible.

Our team will take a look at the described behavior and remove the exception thrown for distinctcount aggregation created with non-existent measure when the formula validation is disabled. The fix will be available in our minor release with the ETA October 31th.
We will notify you about any updates on the matter.

Our team also kindly recommends to enable the validateFormulas option to avoid possible issues with the calculated values.

Feel free to contact us in case of any other questions.

Regards,
Solomiia
