Thank you for providing the CSV file. It really helped us to reproduce the issue on our side. Our development team will investigate it further during the next 4 weeks. We will try to provide you with the fix within the minor release 2.322 (ETA Aug 14). Does it work for you?

I am glad to inform you that the minor release 2.321 is available for download now. The issue with exporting flat table to Excel was fixed. You are welcome to update the component.
