Hello,

Thank you for providing us with the details.

We could not reproduce the described behavior on our side. Our team has some additional questions:

  1. Do you use the tab on the Toolbar to export the grid? If you use the custom export button, could you please send us the code of your export function?
  2. We would be grateful if you provide us with the report(.json file) you use.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
Nadia

  1. I use puppeteer to export excel file, I use exportTo function (code in attach file)
  2. I can't attach data file because it's over 6 million records, if I limit it to 2 million the excel file separate column well

Hello,

Thank you for the response and for providing us with the details.

We suppose that the grid is switching to the compact form due to the long labels of some members. To avoid automatic switching to the compact form, please consider increasing the size of the HTML container for the pivot table component. This way, the rows will be separated in the export.

Please let us know if such an approach would work for your case. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
Nadia
