Hi,
We have just started seeing errors when using a generated Flexmonster license key ("Unlimited Distribution" license), despite having worked flawlessly the past few months.
No changes have been made on our part for at least a week.
Looking at the current date, I suspect that our DEV license – which is required as input for generating Flexmonster license keys – has expired.
However, this would contradict the information provided to us before the purchase, stating that "(..) the Unlimited Distribution license is perpetual, ensuring continuous functionality without any time limits or interruptions in the component’s work."
Our product is currently failing everywhere.
Please provide assistance to resolve this issue ASAP.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Your Customer Service Representative has already provided the perpetual license key by email.
Please ensure you have set the provided key as your development key for the KeyGenerator.
After setting the new key and cleaning the cache, the new perpetual license should be visible on the Flexmonster grid by clicking the CTRL+ALT+I(OPTION + CONTROL + I on MacOS).
Please let us know if everything works well now.

After clarifying that we apparently indirectly also got a new DEV license key at the time, and this time receiving yet aother new DEV license key supporting iFrame usage, it is now working again.
