Announcement: Flexmonster Desktop will no longer be maintained

Being professionals and data enthusiasts, the Flexmonster team is dedicated to creating lightning-fast analytical solutions. We stand behind successful products, including the free WebDataRocks Pivot Table, our feature-rich Flexmonster Pivot component, and the DataTableDev library. Although Flexmonster Desktop was once integral to our strategy, we have revised our perspective and chosen to discontinue the application, dedicating more resources to our core mission.

Flexmonster Desktop (desktop.flexmonster.com) was a unique, standalone tool designed to demonstrate convenient, no-setup data analysis for non-developers. However, as a team of developers, we are focusing all resources on enhancing and expanding our core web-based products to deliver the best possible analytical experience.

We extend our gratitude to everyone who downloaded and used Flexmonster Desktop. Please note that if you have already downloaded the application, it will remain in use indefinitely. However, to focus our resources on providing the best possible web-based solutions, we will no longer maintain or support this desktop version.

Now, exciting news for our developer community: a major new version of Flexmonster Pivot is on the horizon. This release will focus on dramatically improving Flexmonster's capabilities. 

Key features and improvements include: 

• A complete rewrite of the component core, promising better maintainability and an enhanced development experience.
• An advanced performance, enabling the visualization of gigabytes of data and millions of rows in mere seconds.
• A dashboard approach, where the new component logic will be entirely focused on the efficient creation and use of dashboards.
