License key not working

Hi Team,
We have a licence key purchased for a demo environment. We are getting error "Current key only applicable to  <DOMAIN_NAME>" even though our server is in the same domain as mentioned in the error.
 
Could you please help ?

Hello, Ganesh,
Thank you for posting your question here. Your new license keys were sent via e-mail.
Please note, a license key is provided for the production environment (domain/URL) where the component runs (e.g. yourcompany.com). If you have a license key for yourcompany.com, your HTML page with Flexmonster should be accessible by link http://yourcompany.com/example.html in the browser (such key would not work for subdomains like http://subdomain1.yourcompany.com/example.html or http://subdomain2.yourcompany.com/example.html).
Also, in case you have requests for new keys or your key does not work, you can contact Client manager directly.
Please let me know if everything works fine with new license keys!
