Hi there,
I've just received a license dedicated to a particular customer instance / URL.
However, I ran into some issues, please see attached.
Have you seen this type of issue in the past?
Cheers,
Alex
Hello Alex,
Thank you for your question. Could you please send us some code example where the issue is reproducible? It will help us a lot in our further investigation.
Waiting for the update from you.
Regards,
Dmytro
Hi Dmytro,
Thanks for your reply.
The environment where this is deployed is behind firewalls and I can only get to it by scheduling a Webex session with the customer (and I just realised I didn't save away the exact version of the code which I deployed in their environment).
Is there any way I could get a temporary license valid for say a week to test the code on a different domain?
Cheers,
Alex
Hello, Alex,
Thanks for your quick reply.
The issue does not seem to be connected with the license.
Please see the steps that may help you:
1. Make sure you have the latest available version. To check your version, please click on the grid and press Ctrl+Alt+i
. If your version is lower than 2.414, we suggest updating.
2. Check whether you have any other errors in the console. Especially, are there any errors connected with receiving of files?
3. Is this error thrown every time or occasionally?
4. Please check the firewall and other settings that may affect receiving of files, data, etc.
Our team hopes one of these steps will help you to resolve the issue.
We would be grateful if you shared your feedback.
Regards,
Tanya
