JSON configured incorrectly when using a custom date hierarchy

Answered

I have a custom multi-level hierarchy. But when I try to use it in the Flexmonster's pivot table, the grid shows up empty if I use a level that is more than 2 levels deep.

To illustrate with an example.

YQMD is the multi-level hierarchy that I defined.

I could use Y or Q elements from the hierarchy to design the grid without any issue.  But if I use a hierarchy level M or D, the grid completely shows up as empty with no data. I've compared the jsons with other reports and from what I see, the expands and drills subsection are completely missing in the jsons using these hierarchies.
The flexmonster version is 2.410

Hello Ram,
Thank you for your question. We recommend updating to the latest version which is 2.415 now.
You can find the guideline here - https://www.flexmonster.com/doc/updating-to-the-latest-version/.
Please let us know if it resolves the case.

Unfortunately not. The issue still persists after upgrading to the latest version. The heirarchies are not working unless configured manually in the json file by adding expands and drills. This was not an issue some time back
