Hi,
We are having issues exporting flexmonster charts. Note it is only for some clients, and therefore I presume dependent on the data being exported. The js console stack trace is:

Any ideas on how to resolve? Note that a reproducing sample is not going to be easy due to the data dependent nature.

Hello Tyson,
Could you please confirm that the issue is reproducible with the latest version of Flexmonster, which is 2.415 now? You can get the component's version by pressing Ctrl + Alt + i. In case you need to update the component, please follow the guideline - https://www.flexmonster.com/doc/updating-to-the-latest-version/.

Hello,
I have the same issue that Tyson has reported. I've updated to the latest version (2.5.7), and the issue seemed to be fixed, because now I can export the files. But, when I open the exported files, there is no chart in there. I'm sending the exported files in attachment.
Also, I've noticed that the problem only happens when I try to export PDF or Image from a Pie Chart. The other types of chart work fine.

Thank you for reporting.
We have reproduced the issue with pie chart export on our side and will fix it in the next minor release (ETA Aug 13).
BTW, could you please advice what the name of your company is so that we can find it in our records? This would be helpful.
