I need to have an option to remove pop up when needed, because we may not want to show the user the change in the grid.

Thank you for writing to us.
We would like to explain the reason this pop-up appears in the first place. When viewing the data in classic mode, adding new hierarchies to the slice and expanding them can lead to the lack of space for the cells with data. In such situation, Flexmonster automatically switches to the compact view. The pop-up is shown to the user in order to notify the user of the change on the grid.
Could you please specify whether you are interested in switching to the compact view without showing the pop-up?
