At this moment we can’t seem to find a possibility to group the columns and/or rows based on an interval.
This is a highly wished feature since we would like to narrow down the produced columns and rows by using this kind of interval.
See this very simple example. This kind of functionality is needed for rows and columns.
Hello, Tom,
Thank you for your interest in Flexmonster Pivot!
Currently, there is no such feature. We have added it to our backlog and will consider it when planning our future major releases.
Please let me know in case of any other questions.
Regards,
Tanya
Hi,
Any progress/prevision on this feature?
Hello, Mario,
Thank you for your question.
At the moment, in Flexmonster the only way how data can be grouped by interval is by using the interval
property when using Elasticsearch (please see: https://www.flexmonster.com/doc/configuring-the-mapping/ ).
We would like to point out that although the interval
parameter allows grouping the data by date/time only, it can help to narrow down the produced rows remarkably.
Please keep in mind that we will notify you in case of any progress regarding support for grouping columns and/or rows based on interval other than by date.
Feel free to contact us in case of questions.
Best Regards,
Vera
