Hi there!
We're seeing an issue where the user cannot sum the values in a column where there are blank entries. See .gif for details. We would like at least a configuration option to skip blank entries altogether, rather than render nothing in the pivot.

Thank you for your question. The reason for such behavior is that "List Price" column does not have number type. We recommend setting type number for the "List Price" field. Please find the information of setting data types for JSON data here: https://www.flexmonster.com/doc/managing-data-presentation-json. In case you prefer using CSV data type please follow the following article: https://www.flexmonster.com/doc/managing-data-presentation-csv/. Also when switching to the compact view make sure that the "List Price" field is set to measures when configuring the slice.
