Hello,
We own a deployment license for Flex Monster Version 1.5 (build 05/15/2012 – 16:52).
We just figured out that randomly the export to Excel is missing the data even though that, apparently, the export ended up successfully.

Thank you for posting your question on the forum.
Am I right that you are using Flash or Flex version of the component? We no longer provide the fixes to the version 1.5 and we stopped developing Flash and Flex versions of the component. 2.2 version released on December, 2015 was the last one that includes Flash and Flex versions.
At the same time, we developed JavaScript version of Flexmonster pivot table & charts.
