Hi,
we're evaluating your pivot grid. We tested the connection between a grid istance and a tabular cube (with accelerator). It seems there is no option to set the grid in flat mode to export a flat xls file.
Is there a way to obtain this task?
best regards
marco
Hello Marco,
Thank you for writing to us.
Yes, you are right. Currently, the flat mode is not supported for OLAP cubes.
Still, we recommend trying our drill-through view export to Excel. Please see the video example here: https://www.screencast.com/t/vyjOW1uKmY.
Let us know in case of any other question.
Regards,
Dmytro
Hi,
we need to do the same export in flat mode. Is still not available this function when the grid is connected to Olap cube?
Hello,
Thank you for your question.
We would like to confirm that the flat form is not available for the component connected to the OLAP data source in the current version of Flexmonster.
As a workaround, our team suggests using an approach described within the answer above.
You are welcome to contact us in case any additional questions occur.

Illia
Ok, i have another question.
Whenever i set some filters and then i try to drill-through a cell, i got an error.
Without filters the "drill-through" function works correctly.
Am i doing something wrong?
Thanks for your support,
Andrea
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback.
We would like to kindly inform you that our team did not manage to reproduce the described problem on our side.
It would be useful for our investigation if you could provide us with information about the version of the Accelerator and the component itself where the problem is reproducible.
If earlier versions are used, we recommend updating to the latest version. Here is our updating to the newest version tutorial for guidance:
In case updating does not resolve the problem, we would like to kindly ask you to provide us with your cube dump (.ABF file) and configuration (i.e., report JSON) where the issue is reproducible.
We are looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Illia
Hi,
I have replied the issue in your demo: https://jsfiddle.net/flexmonster/ydu9z1x8/
The error is triggered when you set only one value in the filter, in this example there is only value "4" in Account Number. If you'll try to "drill-through" a cell you'll get the error.
However if you set multiple values in the filter (for example: all value available except one) the "drill-through" function works correctly.
Best regards,
Andrea

Our team will investigate the problem.
We will provide you with the result ETA Feb 24.
