How to display time data as hhh:mm:ss where hhh is a number of hours greater than 24

Closed
Eric Malalel asked on February 26, 2019

I aggregate time values to get time spent by users on elearning courses.
I would like to display totals with no days, i.e. 128:30:24 for someone who has spent 128 hours, 30 minutes and 24 seconds.
How to proceed?

Hello Eric,

Thank you for posting your question.

Right now the component does not have a time pattern to display the number of hours greater than 24. We will be able to add support of this to our time patterns in one of the next minor releases (ETA - March 25).

Will this work for you?

Kind regards,
Iryna

Hi Iryna, this would be perfect, keep me in the loop.

Hello, Eric,

We are glad to announce that now the timePattern option supports the HHH pattern to display time data where the number of hours is greater than 24.
The new feature is now available in the 2.7.2 version of Flexmonster.

You are welcome to update the component.

Best Regards,
Vera

Hello Vera,
I have updated the component to 2.7.3 and changed option timepattern to "HHH:mm:ss" but it does not work (also tried with "HHH" only), days are still displayed, see attached file.
