Hi Flexmonster,
When we select fields, we have a "magnifying glass icon".
But, when you are using the Flat Form of a pivot report, the magnifying glass icon is not available.
Is it a bug ? a bad configuration on our side ?

Thank you for writing to us.
Yes, you are right, the search bar is not available in the flat Field List. Usually, there is enough space for the fields in flat view so it is not difficult to find the necessary field in the list. Therefore, it was not implemented intentionally.
Still, the idea of making the behavior of search bar in compact and flat Field List consistent sounds reasonable. Our dev team will implement it in the minor release with ETA Apr 08.
