It worked all right before 2.7, but this bug occurs sometimes since 2.7.
I attached a html file with sample data that can reproduce the bug. Just open the page, then filter "Country" by deselecting "Applovin", then you can see "Applovin" still shows in report.
Also if you deselect "applike" first, then apply, then deselct "Applift", then all Items starting with letter 'A' will be deselected.
This is a blocking issue for us to upgrade to new versions. We really appreciate that FlexMonster can fix and release a fix soon.

I don't know if it's the same issue but i have a similar problem since 2.7.0: filter doesn't work after calling 'UpdateData'.
Here's a JSFiddle that show issue:
If you filter as first thing, then the filter is correctly applied.
But if you click on 'UpdateData' before, the filter doesn't work anymore.
