When filter on Column for SSAS the sorting is incorrect.
When not filter apply everything is ok.
You can reproduce the problem from DEMO site.

Thank you for pointing this out to us.
We have noticed that the issue is reproducible at our end after first sorting, applying a filter to the column "Category" and then removing a measure from the slice.
Here is a screen recording for illustration.
Our team will research this further and inform you about the result with the ETA July 29th.
