is there a way to get a distinct record when you drill through? Distinct count I am able to get the exact count

If we understand your case correctly, you would like to show distinct records in the drill-through pop-up.
We would like to explain that the drill-through pop-up is designed to show the data records that where used for the calculations (raw data).
When using compact (https://www.flexmonster.com/demos/js/pivot-table/) or classic (https://www.flexmonster.com/demos/js/classic-view/) layout, the data on the grid is aggregated. Upon double-clicking on a cell, the drill-through pop-up window is displayed, showing the raw data used for the calculation: https://youtu.be/ud0a1YNanYE
Thus, showing only distinct records is not intended for the drill-through pop-up.
Could you please confirm if this is the case?
If not, could you please explain more about what you would like to achieve?
In addition, screenshots and illustrations will greatly help us to understand the situation better.
