I want to remove the export to pdf from drop down menu in angular2+ project.

Thank you for posting your question.
You can remove the "To PDF" option from the "Export" toolbar tab with the help of the beforetoolbarcreated event handler – we've prepared a quick sample illustrating this: https://jsfiddle.net/flexmonster/7puyat8v/.
