How toc change the ToolTip text color for the headers ( ex Click to Filter , Click to Sort Asc)

Thank you for posting on our forum.
Please note that tooltips are built-in elements of your operating system. Some browsers customize them internally, still, it is not possible to change their appearance using any CSS rules, etc.
