Hello,
Thank you for posting on our forum.
We suggest increasing the z-index property of the menu's item instead of decreasing it for the grid. It would allow avoiding internal conflicts in Flexmonster styling.
Please see the example we prepared: https://jsfiddle.net/flexmonster/vu2xp7om/. It demonstrates how to bring the green element on the top layer by increasing its z-index property to 2.
