Hola,
Deseo saber como hago para que al momento de cargar un CSV, me reconozca las Ñ o las tildes ya he hecho pruebas directamente en https://jsfiddle.net con algunos de sus demos y tampoco me reconoce.

It seems your data contains non-UTF-8 characters, and they are shown as unreadable symbols in Flexmonster.
Please make sure the characters are in UTF-8 format. For more details, please see the "How to display non-English characters correctly" section in the following guide.
Also, we have prepared a JSFiddle example where special characters with tilde marks (ñ) are recognized: https://jsfiddle.net/flexmonster/hyqnsvow/.
