No, a license key is not required to install, configure, and run the Flexmonster Accelerator.
A license key is required for Flexmonster Pivot Table & Charts on the client-side. Here is a guide on how to set the license key in Flexmonster.

As per the Documentation Link provided above, It says like below . It means Accelerator cannot connect with AZURE Analysis services (AAS)- tabular Model? I has not been explicitly specified that accelarator can be used with AAS- Tabular-Kindly confirm on this Soon please

Please note that multidimensional models are not supported in Azure Analysis Services. By "Azure Analysis Services cubes" in the mentioned documentation page, we mean the tabular model in AAS since this is what Microsoft often calls it.
That being said, the documentation page mentioned earlier is still the most relevant and detailed guide on how to connect Flexmonster to your tabular Azure Analysis Services instance.
