Hello, I've checked similar issue articles but couldn't find the answer that looking for...
We are having a trial version as a license while we are trying to understand if your production totally fits with our needs.
Licence info;
- August 2021 (v. 2.9.6) - build 08/23/2021 13:32:01
- Data sources: all - Trial period expiration: 10/07/2021
We are facing an issue related to export the pivot data into excel; The data on the rows and columns (1) can not be visible on the exported file. (2)
We are using FlexMonster on a react application (3). Can you please let us know what would be the reason for the issue?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Recently, a similar issue with missing data on export to Excel has been reported to us. Looking deeper, we noticed that the issue is reproducible if the data contains a slash (/), for example, "some/word".
Our team will provide the fix in the upcoming minor release of Flexmonster with the ETA 6th of September.

We are happy to inform you that the issue with exporting data with "/" symbols to Excel was fixed.

Hello Vera,
Thanks for the update and I've upgraded the flexmonster on my side by last week.
So far, seems like I can export the Excel formats quite fine.
