Due to security reason export to image cannot be completed when you run the component from the local folder.
I am getting above error while converting unit8binary to the base base64.

We did not manage to reproduce the described issue.
Do you think you could prepare a sample project and steps to reproduce this behavior?
Meanwhile, we would like to ask about the purpose of converting image export to base64. It would help us to find the most optimal solution for your case.
Also, please note that plain export to an image is represented as HTMLCanvasElement according to our documentation, and not the Uint8Array.
