troubles when load json data

hello, i have a servlet in java that return a json data, when i put the url in the browser the data is loading but when i connect the url to flexmonster the data can't load into the grid, always the loading stops in 23%, could you please point me in the right direction?, is there some logs to see the flexmonster errors or warnings?

any help i really appreciate it.

Our team suggests trying the following:

Checking the browser console for possible errors.
Making sure cross-origin resource sharing (CORS) is enabled. See the following guide: https://www.flexmonster.com/doc/connecting-to-other-data-sources/#!server-side-script.
Also, please make sure that the JSON is passed in the supported format.
