Sometimes the sort function does not appear in the filter drop down. Two samples are attached. I have been unable to determine a logical reason as to why it appears on one field and not another.

Hi Paul,
Unfortunately, we are unable to reproduce the issue. Most probably you have an issue with css.
Now we need more time to investigate the issue. Please, update us if you have any new information regarding the problem.

I have determined the following:
In the filter section, there is not sort options or top 10. However if I drag the filter field into the pivot table, then the sort options and top 10 appear. All columns int the pivot have sort options and top 10.

Hi Paul,
Thank you for the details. Your observation is correct. If the field is placed in the report filter section, there is not sort options and top 10 filter for it in the filter pop-up. This is done intentionally for the fields in the report filter section.
