flexmonster table to match multiple items at a time

Hi team,
When given a list of items query in the table in case the list does not have any item present in a flexmonster column it doesn't filter the flexmonster table example below:
items in a flexmonster column: a,b,c,d
items in the list query to be applied to flexmonster table for filtering: x,y,z
the output once this query list is provided to flexmonster should be no record found but currently it doesn't have any effect on the table. Is there a way to achieve this?

Thanks,
Nivedita

Hello, Nivedita,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You are right; Flexmonster doesn’t apply the filter if none of the members specified in the filter match. Currently, this is the expected behavior when filtering by members. Please see a similar Support Ticket with several solutions for such cases: https://www.flexmonster.com/question/filters-are-ignore-when-non-exists-values-passed-to-filter/.

Please let us know if this helps.

Kind regards,
Vera
