excel file downloaded corrupted if grid data has unknown character
For more details please refer attached images. Can we get solution for this char as you previously provided support for / character(as mention in below link)?

We haven't managed to reproduce the described behavior. Could you please tell us which version of Flexmonster do you use? We would be grateful if you provided us with a small sample of your data set where the issue is reproducible.
