Is there a way to catch and handle this error with custom callback?

The "Error in predefined filter or members have not been loaded yet." usually means that filters are misconfigured inside the report. This warning notifies you that you should check the correctness of filters set inside the report. Some members could be misspelled or absent in the original data set.

Flexmonster does not provide options for handling this warning, since the incorrect members are ignored during filtering.
