reportcomplete callback is never called in staging env while it's working fine locally.

Just because we don't have access to flexmonster code we can't debug the issue any further, appreciate it if you share thoughts on this, chances are it happened before to someone else.

Could you please provide us with the sample code of how you subscribe to the reportcomplete event?
Also, does your staging environment use the obfuscated code? We suppose that this issue may be caused by the fact that the reportcomplete directive has been replaced with something else.

Thanks Nadia for quick response, I actually found the root cause, it was due to an expired licenses which caused `reportcomplete` never be called.
