HI,
attached there are 2 files, F18.ab.xslx and F18.ab_only_entity_err.xlsx, that contains the same report F18.ab.xlsx contains more than one ENTITIES while the other one contains only one (ENTITY_ERROR).
In the first report (F18.ab.xlsx) there is an error, some amounts are shifted to the left after excel and csv export (HTML is correct),while in the other one  are correct.Look at the date 31/03/2022 and 30/06/2022 columns 150-160(31/03/2022) 20-140(30/06/2022).
In the web grid all reports are corrects.

Hello, Massimo!

Thank you for contacting us and providing us with the attachments for your case.

Kindly note that we could not reproduce the described export behavior on our side.
Could you please provide us with the sample report where the case is reproducible? With this information, we'll be able to compare the data on the grid with the exported Excel file and continue the investigation.

You can modify our JSFiddle sample to make the case reproducible: https://jsfiddle.net/flexmonster/3wgbb191/.

Looking forward to your response.

Kind regards,
Solomiia

Hello, Massimo!

Thank you for providing us with the sample data and report.

Still, we haven't managed to reproduce the described exporting behavior.

We have created the pivot using the data you provided in the attached flexmonster.html file and exported it, but there are no shifts in the resulting Excel file.
Note that the dates in this example are sorted as regular strings, as they weren't in ISO 8601 format in the provided CSV file, so the component can't parse them as dates correctly.

We also want to kindly note that if using the custom data source API, the data can be shifted before it comes to the component. We kindly suggest checking the responses from the server to investigate the case further.

Looking forward to your response.

Kind regards,
Solomiia

Hello, Massimo!

Thank you for the additional details about your data source.

We understand that seeing different data on the grid and in the exported file is unacceptable, and we are ready to provide you with a fix.
For that, we need to reproduce the described behavior on our side. As we haven't managed to reproduce it yet, our team wants to kindly ask for your cooperation.

Here are the steps our team has tried to reproduce the issue:

1. Created a pivot table with the slice in the JSON format and with the sample CSV data you have provided.
2. Exported the data in Excel.
3. Opened exported Excel file and compared the data to the pivot.

It seems to us that the data in the component and in the exported file are the same.

Could you please check one more time if the described behavior is reproducible on mentioned sample data and slice? If yes, could you please tell us the exact rows and columns where the shift is visible?

If the described behavior is not reproducible on this sample CSV data, we kindly ask you to provide us with another example. In case of sensitive data, you can send the file to our inbox.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
Solomiia

Hi
I send Valeriia Khomenets a private email with a link to download data:

  • CSV files
  • flexmonster html example with report

You have to create an index in Flexmonster Data Server, use csv file as datasource.

  1. onfigure Flexmonster data server
  2. Configure flexmonster.html file to use correct data source and index (i put placeholders  into the file)
  3. Export the report into excel format(as i prepared for you)
  4. Execute report only with entity ENTITY_ERROR
  5. Export the report into excel format

The same period 31/03/2022 30/06/2022 (excel column BYZ in the first report) are different and the correct one is the second report.(point 4)

If you follow the steps above, the bug is reproduced.

I await yours.
