Hi
I'm running into a problem with Thai language of dimensions being displayed as question marks instead. By using the way to connect to the data source via Mondrian, do you have a suggestion for me?
Thank you for your help.
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We suggest checking if the data from the cube already contains corrupted characters in the browser's network tab. If you see the corrupted data in the network tab, the issue is probably caused by some of Mondrian's settings. Otherwise, we suppose that the page encoding causes the issue. In this case, we recommend modifying the <meta>
tag so that it includes the "utf-8"
charset:
<meta charset="utf-8">
Also, we would like to mention that new features and further improvements are no longer being released for the Mondrian data source. Instead of Mondrian, our team recommends considering using other supported data sources.
We are looking forwards to hearing from you.
Best Regards,
Maksym
