Error when using search function in filter popup window

Hello, 

We are getting an error when trying to use the search input on the filter pop-up window. This seems to only appear when using that specific search input and not others (like the fields pop-up window).  I have included a screen shot of the error that occurs in our console. Thank you for any assistance or guidance you could provide us! Also we are on version (v2.9.30).

Our team has some additional questions:

  1. Which data source do you use?
  2. Are there any libraries in your application that may conflict with the Flexmonster input? 
  3. Do you type any specific values into the Search input?

Thank you for the quick response! 
We use JSON and I don't believe there are any libraries that should conflict with the flexmonster input.
The search doesn't work with any search values at all so it's not just one specific search value.

Hello Nadia, 
I we would be able to set up some test credentials to one of our test databases in production. That is something we would have to send over email though. Is there an email address that I can send those credentials to when I have them?
