We have a custom data source and would like to sort out data by a single column from the ui, however this does not seem to be possible for us as the sorting arrows do not show up.
The ticket here: https://www.flexmonster.com/question/how-to-set-sorting-in-drillthrough/ says this is not possible in the first place, however in this ticket: https://www.flexmonster.com/question/sorting-in-drillthrough/ it says that it should be possible.
Now for the actual question, is it possible, and if it is, any idea why it does not seem to be possible for us as the arrows do not show up?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Kindly note that sorting in drill-through is currently available only for JSON and CSV data sources.
As a possible workaround, we suggest sorting data on the server before sending it to Flexmonster.
