Run different instance of data-server

Hi,
I would like to run one instance of the data-server for each customer. For now I run
flexmonster-data-server.exe -s flexmonster-config1.json where  flexmonster-config1.json is the config with the indexes of customer 1 and inside it's declared listen port 10001. Then I run  flexmonster-data-server.exe -s flexmonster-config2.json where  flexmonster-config2.json is the config with the indexes of customer 2 and inside it's declared listen port 10002. It seems working fine.
I would like to know:
If I close the cmd prompt where I run the command the data-server is killed, how can I make data-server running also if I close prompt?
This way of work could create some problems?
How can I run one admin panel for each instance?
